On Bloomberg: Spanish Ministry approves one in five proposals in the 4th quarter of 2010

The spanish Ministry of Industry announce that 919 photovoltaic projects, a total of 121 MW, have been approved in the fourth quarter of the year. These projects, if completed and connected within a 12 month period, will receive a feed-in-tariff. The Ministry received 4.354 applications, so only about one five got the approval, a way of keeping growth under check.
